Once placed, an order on MozeWala cannot be cancelled or modified.
We begin processing and packing orders quickly after they're confirmed, so that your socks reach you as fast as possible. This means there's no window in which a cancellation request can be acted on before your order is already on its way.
Please double-check your bag, sizes, delivery address, and payment method before confirming your order — since cancellation isn't possible afterward, a careful review at checkout is the best way to make sure everything's right.
