Orders are paid online — via UPI, Card, or Netbanking — through our payment partner, Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available for addresses within Bhopal. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once placed); you will receive a confirmation email once this happens.
Delivery is handled via India Post — see our Shipping Policy for details. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations except as described in our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.
