All MozeWala orders are shipped via India Post (Department of Posts, Government of India), covering pin codes across the country.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery via India Post generally takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery may vary due to India Post's own service schedules, local holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your India Post tracking details by email so you can follow its progress to your door.
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
We currently ship across India, to any pin code serviceable by India Post. If we're unable to deliver to your address for any reason, we'll contact you before proceeding with your order.
